Our team is made up of locals with a passion to assist those in the heart of the Lockyer Valley. The therapy team consists of formally educated professionals who are fully registered with the NDIS and the Australian Counseling Association.

We know that starting counselling can seem intimidating. For this reason, as well as our mission to assist those in our local community, we offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to agree on a direction for your therapy and to make sure we're well-suited to your needs. Similar to a vehicle requiring regular servicing to stay in good working order, we believe that we all benefit from routine professional counselling to maintain our positive mental health.
